This issue was resolved on April 10, 2019, 7pm.

On March 30, 2019 Canvas performed their regular system update.  On April 5 we learned that the update caused a concern with Canvas mail.

When you send a mail message to “Everyone” or ” All Students”, the message is also sent to “concluded students” – people who dropped or withdrew from the course after January 22, 2019.

Canvas is working on a fix for this issue.  They hope to deploy this fix by April 13, 2019.  We will keep the campus up to date on this issue.
